🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Graduate Apprentices: 4‑year degree in relevant engineering/general stream.
Technician Apprentices: 3‑year diploma in relevant engineering branch (regular full‑time mode only).
Must be registered on NATS 2.0 Portal (https://nats.education.gov.in (nats.education.gov.in in Bing)).
Age: Minimum 18 years as on 31.03.2026.
Degree/Diploma should not have been completed more than 5 years before joining.
Candidates should not have undergone apprenticeship earlier or completed one year of employment.
Postgraduates are not eligible.

Based on date of passing degree/diploma (earlier passed candidates ranked higher).
Tie‑breakers: Percentage in degree/diploma → Percentage in 12th/10th → Date of Birth.
Separate merit lists:
Level 1: Candidates from Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh.
Level 2: Candidates from other states (preference to Western Region).

Document Verification: From 20 April 2026 onwards (schedule on SECL website).
Medical Fitness Certificate: Mandatory from Govt. hospital (Assistant Civil Surgeon rank or above).
Apprentices posted in mines must follow Mines Rules 1955; general stream apprentices follow Apprenticeship Rules 1992.
