Min 3 years in Internal/Credit Audit in banks/FIs, handling audit reports, compliance, RBI inspections.

Deputy Manager (JM I) – Human Resource Management (2 posts)

Graduation (min 50%) + Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) in HR/Personnel Management.

Min 1 year in HR functions (recruitment, performance management, training, manpower planning).

Deputy Manager (JM I) – Administration (2 posts)

Graduation (min 50%) + Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) in Hotel & Hospitality Management/Facilities Management.

Min 1 year in housekeeping, property maintenance, insurance, security, general administration.

📝 Selection Process

  1. Written Test – Subjective Professional Knowledge (100 marks, 2.5 hours).

    • Part I: Compulsory Question (40 marks)

    • Part II: Attempt 6 out of 8 Questions (60 marks)

  2. Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called.

  3. Final Selection – Based on written test (70% weightage) + interview (30% weightage).

 

⚖️ Other Important Information

  • Candidates must execute a bond of ₹3 lakhs to serve the Bank for a minimum of 3 years (Manager) or 5 years (Deputy Manager).

  • Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India or transferred abroad with consent.

  • Pre‑recruitment training will be organized for reserved category candidates.
