💰 Pay Scale & Career Prospects
Manager (Grade B):
Basic Pay: ₹55,200 – 99,750 (16 years scale)
Approx. CTC: ₹23.5 lakhs per annum

Assistant Manager (Grade A):
Basic Pay: ₹44,500 – 89,150 (17 years scale)
Approx. CTC: ₹19 lakhs per annum

Age Limit
Manager (Grade B): Not more than 40 years (as on 28 Feb 2026).
Assistant Manager (Grade A): 21–30 years (as on 28 Feb 2026).
Age relaxations available for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and 1984 riot victims.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Manager (Grade B – Generalist):
Postgraduate degree/diploma in any discipline / LLB / CA / CS / CMA / B.Tech / B.E. with minimum 7 years officer-level experience (2 years in financial sector preferred).Manager (Grade B – Environment & Social Safeguard):
Engineering / PG in Environmental Sciences / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Economics with 7 years officer-level experience in environmental/social impact assessment.Assistant Manager (Grade A – Generalist):
Postgraduate degree/diploma in any discipline / LLB / CA / CS / CMA / B.Tech / B.E. with minimum 2 years officer-level experience in Banks/PSUs/Financial Institutions.Assistant Manager (Grade A – Environment & Social Safeguard):
Engineering / PG in Environmental Sciences / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Economics with minimum 2 years officer-level experience.
📝 Selection Procedure
Phase I – Online Examination (200 Marks)
Test I (100 Marks): Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Current Affairs (Financial Sector).
Test II (100 Marks): Domain Knowledge (Project Finance, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Governance, Accounting, Indian Economy, RBI/SEBI guidelines).
Duration: 120 minutes (negative marking applicable).
Phase II – Interview (100 Marks)
Technical & Behavioural interview.
Weightage: Online Exam 40% + Interview 60%.
Final selection based on merit list.
